Monarch Money is used by people and couples who want budgeting, net worth and planning in one shared place on phone and web. If you also invest across several accounts, Stridefly fills the gap with allocation targets, drift and a rebalance plan, and keeps your data on your phone and in your iCloud.
Monarch is a broad, collaborative money hub. It connects bank, card, loan and investment accounts, lets you budget by category or group, tracks net worth over time, and supports sharing your finances with a partner. It runs on iOS, Android and the web, and it can import transactions and balance history from CSV files, including data moved over from Mint.
On the investing side, Monarch shows your positions grouped by type, institution or account, with time-weighted return, an allocation view and room for manual holdings. It also offers deeper analysis, including a Morningstar-based fund breakdown, gains and losses with tax lots, and a portfolio treemap. It fits households whose main job is a shared budget and who want their investments visible beside it.
