Keep your budgeting habit. Stridefly budgets with a target for each category, and puts your net worth and investments right beside your budget, so you can see whether what you save is adding up.

Budget: your month at a glance

Net worth chart: the past year

Invest: your whole portfolio at a glance
If YNAB taught you to budget, you already have the habit. Stridefly keeps it simple: set a target for each category and see what's left. Once you have a full month of spending, Stridefly suggests a monthly budget from your recent months, which you can use with one tap or replace with your own.
Your budget shows what you saved. Stridefly also shows where it went.

If YNAB lets you export your transactions as a CSV file, you can bring them into Stridefly. Stridefly reads any transactions file with a date, an amount and a description or payee column, flags possible duplicates for you to review, and lists any rows it can't read, so nothing disappears quietly.
Stridefly sorts imported transactions into its own categories, and your rules run on top, so your budget fits Stridefly from day one. You can also import positions and month-end net worth history from CSV files, so your net worth chart shows your history from the data you import.
Run Stridefly side by side with the app you use now, and switch when you're sure. When you connect your first bank, you get 30 days free, with no payment details needed, long enough to see a full month of your own bills and paychecks come through. During the beta, everything is free for testers.
Accounts you add by hand or import from files are free to use for as long as you like. Not ready to add anything yet? Demo mode loads a sample household, so you can look around first, with no account to make.
You connect your banks through Plaid, which more than 9,000 financial apps use, and you sign in with Apple. Your financial data is saved on your phone and in your own iCloud, not in a database of ours, and you can export a copy whenever you like. How Stridefly keeps your data safe
